Sherry Fry serves as Executive Consultant to Jodie Lesh, SVP Office of Transformation. In this role, she supports special projects and helps effectively leverage administrative and project management resources across the department. This includes operations oversight of the Sidney R. Garfield Health Care Innovation Center.
Sherry joined Kaiser Permanente when the innovation center first opened in June 2006. She partners closely with KP employees, physicians, project teams, and external organizations to help them plan and prepare innovation activities. Innovation work can be diverse and change at a moments notice based on what is being tested, simulated or discovered. Sherry enables KP innovation teams to nimbly respond to changing needs so they can optimally leverage the center’s capabilities.
Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, Sherry spent 18 years as president of Eidetics Conference Management, a firm serving event needs of clients such as Microsoft, AT&T, Panasonic, Autodesk and many other non-profit education and healthcare organizations. As an entrepreneur, the need to innovate and creatively manage chaos occurred on a daily basis. Sherry is delighted to support a variety of innovation initiatives for Kaiser Permanente.
